We work with founders and executive directors at different stages of building their organisation. Some are starting from scratch. Some have foundations in place and need targeted work to sharpen, fix, or evolve a specific area. Some want continued access to senior judgment for the decisions that keep coming. We have shaped three engagement models to match these three realities. Each one is distinct. None of them are projects in the traditional sense — every engagement is designed to leave the organisation materially different from when we arrived.
