Meet Our Founder

Bukky Osifeso spent twenty years building People functions at Amgen, Disney, and Netflix — the kinds of companies most founders are trying to become.

She started The Tag Group because the pattern never changed. A founder past the scrappy years. Team scaling fast. HR held together with goodwill and inherited templates. The conversation always ended the same way: I should have built this properly the first time.

So she built a firm that does exactly that — designs and builds the People infrastructure organizations actually need, at the pace modern companies actually move.

Some engagements are full twelve-week builds. Others are focused engagements targeting a specific system.
